Il leitmotive che ha caratterizzato questo progetto è stato il recupero.
Dopo aver smontato dei vecchi mattoni in cemento decorati degli anni '30 per poter effettuare tutti gli interventi edilizi e impiantistici necessari, sono poi stati accuratamente rimontati dopo una integrale pulizia e trattamento.
Il perimetro è stato resinato in bianco, in continuità con le pareti, e il tutto è stato poi completato con l'inserimento di corpi illuminanti iconici, alcuni originali dell'epoca in cui furono disegnati, come la Taraxacum Cocoon di Castiglioni per Flos, la famosissima Arco, stesso designer e azienda, la Lamp 265 di Paolo Rizzatto per Flos, l'Ariette di Tobia Scarpa, e altri.
The leitmotif that characterized this project has been the Recovery.
After having dismantled the old decorated cement bricks of the 1930s to be able to carry out all the necessary building and plant operations, they have been carefully reassembled after complete cleaning and treatment.
The perimeter has been resined in white, in continuity with the walls, and the whole was then completed with the inclusion of iconic lighting fixtures, some original of the era in which they were designed, like the Taraxacum Cocoon of Castiglioni for Flos, the very famous Arco, same designer and company, the Lamp 265 by Paolo Rizzatto for Flos, the Ariette by Tobia Scarpa, and others.
